Who qualifies?
The credit program is open to all active ESENDEL sellers meeting the following criteria:
- UAE-registered business with a valid trade license
- Active seller account on ESENDEL for at least 30 days
- Maintain an order defect rate below 1% and a late dispatch rate below 2%
- Minimum of 10 successfully fulfilled orders
- No outstanding disputes or policy violations
- For Trade Credit: have completed to an identity and business credit check
- For Inventory Financing: have branded (non-generic) products listed
